30-Day Returns

Return most unused items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

No Restocking Fee

Returns initiated within 10 days of purchase have zero restocking fees. No questions asked.

Manufacturer Warranty

Every part carries the full manufacturer's warranty. We'll help you with any warranty claims.

Return Policy

We accept returns on most unused items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition with all original hardware and documentation included.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to safety and manufacturer restrictions, the following categories cannot be returned once purchased:

  • Coilovers and suspension components (once unboxed)
  • Electronics and ECU tuning devices
  • Engine internals (pistons, bearings, rods, valves)
  • Turbochargers and superchargers
  • Turbo kits and forced induction kits
  • Special orders and custom-ordered parts

Important: If you receive a part from any of these categories that is defective or damaged in shipping, you are still fully covered. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The part number(s) you'd like to return
  • Reason for the return

We'll respond within 1 business day with a return authorization and shipping instructions. Please do not ship items back without a return authorization number.

Manufacturer Warranty

All parts sold through TrackTech carry the full manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by brand and product. If you experience a defect covered under warranty, contact us and we'll coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf.

Warranty claims require inspection and approval by the manufacturer. Processing time varies by brand but typically takes 1-3 weeks. We'll keep you updated throughout the process.

Defective or Damaged Items

Damaged in shipping: Report any shipping damage within 24 hours of delivery. Keep all original packaging — the carrier may need to inspect it. Email photos of the damage to [email protected] and we'll file the carrier claim and get you a replacement.

Defective parts: If a part is defective, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll coordinate a return and replacement through the manufacturer's warranty process.
